Charlie Osborne – CEO

After separating from service with the United States Marine Corps, Charlie went on to graduate with both his bachelor’s and masters degree’s in Accounting. While attending college, he was fortunate enough to work for Mary Kay world headquarters as an analyst preparing data and reporting decks for management. He went on to work for several companies and industries in construction, SaaS, Tech, Education, Insurance, and eCommerce. He held every position in the accounting and finance field before leaving the corporate world as a CFO and starting his own Contract CFO firm. After a few years on his own, realizing the lack of communication and full-service offerings from other firms in his field, he brought a team of highly skilled individuals together to provide a wide array of services to best meet his client’s needs on a contracted basis. Charlie continues to grow the team and seek out the best talent to provide top-notch results to our clients.

Andrew Garcia – VP of Operations

Andrew has 14 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a project accountant working directly with operation teams, owner’s reps, and architects keeping budgets and payments on the project level. Andrew then moved into corporate accounting and worked with the accounting team on month-end close, financial reviews, and audit preparations. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in business. Andrew joined OSMEAC Solutions in early 2022.

Tarisa Gorria – VP of People and Culture

Tarisa has worked in HR, Office Management, and Operations since 2017. At the age of 23, she became the HR and Office Manager for one of the most successful consumer protection Law Firms in the country. She then went on to manage HR and Operations at one of the top e-commerce buy and sell luxury retail companies, based in Newport Beach, CA. Tarisa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2015 from Cal State University, Fullerton. She joined the OSMEAC Solutions team in April of 2022. When Tarisa is not working, she enjoys going to the beach and binge watching HGTV home improvement shows.

Corey Roder – CFO

After separating from service with the United States Army, Corey went on to graduate with degrees in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, and a Masters degree in Accounting, culminating in earning his CPA license. He then worked for a private equity firm before joining Grant Thornton, LLC as an auditor where he gained experience in industries such as banking, real estate, restaurants, SAAS, entertainment, manufacturing, transportation, technology, Not-For-Profits. Corey went on to work for successful national consulting firms where he performed project based tasks for clients ranging from Chart of Account clean up, ASC 606 and 842 evaluation and guidance, to technical accounting as well as fully automating team member positions to cut company costs and free up employees to perform other value add duties. He then consulted for Toyota Financial Services Corporation for two years where he facilitated the transformation from GAAP to IFRS, ran data analytics and evaluated results, performed month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes to prepare for the audit. Corey successfully launched his own distillery, roofing company and construction company, where he held the positions of COO and CFO. His leadership pushed all three companies to have continued sales and growth in multiple states. He has secured and trained his replacements inside his companies and looks forward to consulting and growing other companies as a fractional CFO.

Neil Geary – CFO

Neil has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and financial management, having previously worked at three private development firms in the Greater Boston Metro Area and at a REIT in Washington, D.C. His experience spans multiple asset classes including mixed-use properties, hotels, commercial real estate, and residential projects with significant involvement in ground-up developments. He has overseen a wide array of financial activities throughout his career, including private equity investments, construction loans and permanent loans. His recent work also includes clients in the Life Sciences, Software as a Service (SaaS), Retail, and other entrepreneurial business ventures. Neil received his MBA at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Jason D’Errico – Senior Financial Analyst

Jason D’Errico has been a financial consultant since 2019 and joined OSMEAC Solutions in 2020. He has worked with small businesses in various industries including eCommerce, Real Estate and Financial Services to provide business valuations, financial projections, cash flow forecasts and other ad-hoc reporting, modeling, and analysis. He has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, using Power Query/Power Pivot, Visualizations, and Scenario/Sensitivity Analysis to create dynamic financial models that utilize automation and enhanced visualization for greater decision making. He is knowledgeable in other programs such as Power BI, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Microsoft AX, and Oracle. He has experience as a Financial Analyst preparing various financial reports, creating dashboards, and providing financial and operational analysis for executive management teams. Jason received his MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and Bachelor’s in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst and Business Intelligence & Data Analyst through the Corporate Finance Institute. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and two sons.

Christopher Lundin – Lead Controller

Chris joins OSMEAC Accounting Group bringing 11 years of progressive accounting experience. He takes pride in providing management, lending institutions, and other users of financial statements with accurate and timely information. “I truly take to heart the stewardship of a company’s financial resources and good standing, ensuring timely and accurate payments and diligent collection practices. I have improved the reporting and analysis processes of every company I have been fortunate to serve.” Chris brings accounting experience from residential and commercial real estate, legal, construction, and institutional industries. By understanding key performance indicators, budgeted costs of work scheduled, and work in progress, as well as strong analytical skills and data metrics reporting, Chris was able to identify shortcomings and implement policies and procedures that improve the accounting functions of his various departments. “I understand the human connection and the importance of teamwork and building relationships with my coworkers and related professional associates. I believe in the power of collaboration and cooperation to achieve success in mutual goals.” Chris successfully coaches highschool football. Steve Lorenz – Controller

Steve has 21 years of accounting experience working mostly in the manufacturing and construction industries. Living in the Midwest, most of that experience came from working for automotive suppliers; both supplying parts and in tool & die. Steve began working as a General Accountant working with the general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations and generating financial statements including consolidating for multiple locations. Steve progressively worked my way up to being a Corporate Accountant, to an Assistant Controller and finally a Controller. Along the way he’s worked with fixed assets, budgets, audits, month and year end close, and creating financial packages for Management. He even handled payroll and HR responsibilities. Steve is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and received his Master’s Degree from the University of Toledo. Steve is an excellent bowler. He also loves golf, running, and trying new craft beer.

Amy Beck – Controller

Amy has spent over 20 years in the accounting industry. Her positions have included Payroll Administrator, Human Resource Manager, Project Accountant and Assistant Controller. She is a certified Bookkeeper and has spent the last decade as a Construction Accounting Controller. Amy has extensive experience working directly with Vendors, Subcontractors and Management Teams to ensure projects stay on time and under budget. Amy is a true native of Florida. She loves the beach and enjoys spending time with her 2 teenage sons whenever possible. She loves cooking, painting, and making furniture. “Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero.”

Rebecca Bedell – Accountant

Rebecca has been working in the accounting field since 2008. She started off working for an HVAC company then went on to an accounting position overseeing all purchasing and financials for a restaurant while working closely with the CPA on all month end duties. She then landed an accounting position with a personal injury/employment law firm. Over the years, she has become proficient in multiple softwares and is a fast learner. She enjoys being an accountant and strives to help with the success of all clients in any field. Rebecca has been with OSMEAC Solutions since January 2022.

Jhayveonne Walker – Accountant

Jhayveonne has 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Financial Accountant working in multiple industries that includes but are not limited to real estate, gas and oil, education, and law. He specializes in audit preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end close. Jhayveonne is almost finished with his CPA licensing in the state of Texas.
