Charlie Osborne

After separating from service with the United States Marine Corps, Charlie went on to graduate with both his bachelors and masters degree’s in Accounting. While attending college, he was fortunate enough to work for Mary Kay world headquarters as an analyst preparing data and reporting decks for management. He went on to work for several companies and industries in construction, SaaS, Tech, Education, Insurance, and Ecommerce. He held every position in the accounting and finance field before leaving the corporate world as a CFO and starting his own Contract CFO firm. After a few years on his own, realizing the lack of communication and full service offerings from other firms in his field, he brought a team of highly skilled individuals together to provide a wide array of services to best meet his clients needs on a contracted basis. Charlie continues to grow the team and seek out the best talent to provide top notch results to our clients.

JP DeJoria

JP DeJoria has 5 years of marketing and project management experience within marketing agencies and corporations. He has managed everything from marketing projects for small businesses to worldwide marketing campaigns. Having experience in both print and digital marketing, he’s got his bases covered. A creative thinker at heart, he enjoys finding the most effective ways to manage projects and the most impactful ways to execute marketing projects and campaigns. JP joined the OSMEAC Solutions team in October 2021. When he isn’t managing projects and working on marketing campaigns he is exploring parks, farms and towns with his wife and two boys.

Josie Greeson

Josie Greeson is a bookkeeper that graduated college with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Organizational Management. Josie’s well rounded skill sets in business management and bookkeeping have helped her find success at OSMEAC Solutions by bringing her broad range of knowledge to client engagements. She loves spending time with her family, along with traveling to rodeos during her free time.

Allie Messer

Allie Messer has 15 years of accounting experience with businesses of all sizes. She has tackled some very complex projects including historical cleanups, and ongoing functional accounting process creation and implementation. A problem-solver at heart, she enjoys simplifying the accounting process for businesses. Allie joined the OSMEAC Solutions team in 2020. When she isn’t pouring over numbers, she can be found with her nose in a book or spending time with her husband and their three children.

Britni Sebastian

Britni has been working as a bookkeeper for just over two years and has performed work for a variety of industries. Working with industries including, but not limited to, real estate, coaching, interior design and fitness has grown a working knowledge and familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, Wave and Xero. She chained her Bookkeepers Certification through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers and joined the OSMEAC team in the summer of 2021.

Erica Bjorndahl

Erica is an active CPA and has over 15 years of accounting experience in both public and private industries. She got her start working in a public firm compiling financial statements, preparing individual and corporate tax returns, and assisting in audits and various ad hoc assignments. She then went on to work in management for a private company overseeing a small team and reporting directly to executives. Throughout her time in the private industry, she gained extensive experience in a rapid-paced environment providing reports and financial statements while managing multiple people and sets of books. Years later she went back to a public firm working primarily as an auditor while also preparing individual and corporate tax returns. From public firms to private companies and now working as a contract CFO, she has become proficient in multiple software programs, financial reporting and long-term business and client success. Erica has been with OSMEAC Solutions since October 2020 and has assisted in growing both the team and overall skill set we have to offer.

Jason D’Errico

Jason has been a financial consultant since 2019. He has worked with small businesses in various industries including eCommerce, Real Estate and Financial Services to provide business valuations, financial projections, cash flow forecasts and other ad-hoc reporting, modeling and analysis. He has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, using advanced functions, Pivot tables/charts and Scenario/Sensitivity Analysis to create dynamic financial models for the clients he services. He has experience working with other programs such as Power BI, QuickBooks, SharePoint and SugarCRM. He was previously employed as a Financial Reporting Specialist for a Global Logistics Company where he prepared various financial reports, created dashboards, and provided financial and operational analysis for executive management. Jason received his MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and Bachelor’s in Marketing from The Ohio State University. He is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst through the Corporate Finance Institute and is currently working towards his certification in Business Intelligence & Data Analysis. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and two sons and joined OSMEAC Solutions in 2020.

Sara Emmons

Sara has almost 20 years accounting experience working with a variety of clientele. From small privately held companies to almost 10 years working directly with the Controller and CFO for a Big 5 oil and gas company, she is well-versed in all aspects of the monthly accounting cycle and proficient with a number of accounting software platforms including SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and many more. Throughout her career, she has successfully led or participated in numerous accounting system implementations and projects. She holds an Accounting degree from the University of Houston and joined our OSMEAC Solutions in 2020.

Brooke Pedevillano

Brooke has over 20 years of accounting experience in a wide array of industries. She started in a small family-owned business to theme parks and media companies, as well as financial and Food & Beverage industries, holding positions of increasing responsibility in all companies she has been involved with. She has a vast knowledge of most major accounting systems. She holds an MBA, Bachelors in Science Accounting from the University of Central Florida and the University of Connecticut as well as earning her CPA License in 2015, and joined OSMEAC Solutions in early 2021.

Susan Rodriguez

Susan has over 20 years of experience in administrative roles. She has worked as an employee for world-famous theme parks, as well as an independent contractor for small businesses. She is proficient in a multitude of systems and platforms, which has allowed her to aid her clients in streamlining their processes, becoming more efficient, and offloading tedious tasks that occupy their time. Her passions include baseball, crafting, and her family. She has a husband of 18 years, a 13-year-old son, as well as 2 dogs and 2 cats. Susan joined OSMEAC Solutions in early 2021.
